Successful businessman and CEO at PosiGen solar power company Thomas Neyhart was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the Harvard Business School. 

 

The outstanding business expert Thomas Neyhart began his career in the energy industry at Entergy, one of the nation’s largest utility companies. He held various positions at Entergy over a period of ten years, including director of business development and vice president of customer service. Neyhart left Entergy in 2006 to join AEP, another large utility company. He served as AEP’s vice president of customer operations before joining PosiGen in 2010 (Apnnews).

 

Thomas Neyhart has received several awards and recognition for his work in the energy industry. In 2014, he was named “Utility Executive of the Year” by Electric Light & Power magazine. He has also been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek, and The Wall Street Journal. Thomas Neyhart is a member of the board of directors of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the Alliance for Solar Choice (ASC). He is also a member of the board of directors of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) and the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
