The Designation of John Hailer as a Board Member of the Global Partners

Global Partners announced the designation of John Hailer to the Board of Directors of Global GP LLC, the general partner. John was previously the Chief Executive Officer and President of Naxitis Investment Managers. He is currently the President of 1251 Asset Management, a division of the 1251 Capital Group, a financial service company located in Boston that owns several companies in the insurance and wealth management sectors.

Before Mr. Hailey worked for the 1251 Capital Group, he spent over eighteen years at Naxitis Investment Managers. John was the CEO and President for Asia and Americas and helped the company reposition itself strategically as a worldwide provider of solutions and develop to become among the largest wealth managers in the world. Before working at Naxitis Investment Managers, he was in charge of developing emerging businesses in Latin and North America at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company. He was also the director of retail business growth for Putnam Investments.
