Don Manifold has been helping businesses for more than 30 years now. In the first 25 years of his career, he worked as a corporate finance expert, giving him the experience he needed to handle businesses in different industries. He has also served as a managing partner for a number of businesses, further allowing him to learn the ins and outs of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, and other aspects of private and publicly traded businesses.

Today, Don is the Joint Managing Director at Equity & Advisory and the CEO of Don Manifold Advisory, a firm he founded in 2018. The renowned entrepreneur was born and raised in Mount Gambier, South Australia. After school, he took several positions in a number of businesses in Adelaide and then moved to London to further his educations and his career. After many years, he came back to Adelaide in 2006 and kickstarted a career in managing and helping businesses take full advantage of the opportunities in Australia.

When he came back to Adelaide, he took a managing partner position at KPMG and later left the company for Ernst & Young. He founded his company, Don Manifold Advisory, in 2018, the same year he was offered a Joint Managing Director position at Equity & Advisory. At E&A, he came as an experienced expert to revive a firm that was almost sinking after five years of no major activities. Four years after he took to leadership, the firm had grown tenfold.

Don Manifold has been a part of the success of hundreds of businesses. His most cherished accomplishment, however, was to see E&A grow ten times in four years. According to him, when the firm focuses on creating wealth for its clients and for everyone in the community, there is so much chance for growth. Through the two investment firms, he is able to create wealthy communities.
