With his huge amount of experience in divestments, mergers, and acquisitions, Don Manifold is able to provide the best sound advice. Don founded the Manifold Advisory Partners and is a joint managing director of Equity & Advisory. Besides these, Don Manifold is the chairman of EC Carpets, Hybrid Ag, and ADX Depot. Don also directs Whittles Management and is a committee member for Seymour College’s Finance and Risk.

With more than thirty years of business experience, this experience includes twenty-five of those years within corporate finance. For fifteen years, Manifold worked with transaction advisory alongside other senior leaders at some notorious firms. His industry knowledge is broad and includes IT, agriculture, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods. His experience in business and finance has allowed him to work throughout Croatia, Australia, and England.

Educational Background

Don earned his bachelor’s degree in economics in 1991 from Flinders University and went on to the Australian Graduate School of Management where he earned Master of Business Administration in 2004. With the amount of success that Don has achieved in his career, there is no doubt that his education has enabled him to enhance his business success. On top of his academic success, Don is also a current Institute of Chartered Accountant Fellow.

Business Background

Don’s career began in Adelaide, Australia in 1990 where he worked for several companies and then gradually relocated temporarily to London, Melbourne, and Sydney. In 2006, Don headed home in Adelaide and took a position with KPMG, until leaving in 2012. Along with his lengthy business experience, he has advised many transactions on an international level.

Don Manifold helped to lead Ernst and Young’s Transaction Advisory division after leaving KPMG in 2012 and eventually becoming a Managing Partner for the firm until he left in 2018.
